AlKon Sander Discs or Fibre Discs are used on portable fibre disc sanders. Both Electric and pneumatic machines can be used. These discs use premium AlO grains and are made peripheral coated to save grain costs. AlKon is a leading brand for Sander discs in India.

Sizes offered : 4", 5",7", 9" diameters. Other sizes available on request.

Applications: Used in fabrication industry for weld grinding and surface preparation. Used for Automotive weld grinding and body shop blending operations.

ZirKon Sander Discs are also Fibre Discs are used on portable fibre disc sanders. These discs use special ZirKonia Alumina grains and are also made peripheral coated to save grain costs. ZirKon is a leading brand for Sander discs in India which has been unchallenged for 2 decades.

Sizes offered : 4", 5",7", 9" diameters. Other sizes available on request.

Applications: Used in fabrication industry for weld grinding and surface preparation. Used for Automotive weld grinding and body shop blending operations.

Coated Belts are made using 3 major grains, Zirkonia Alumina branded ZirKon, Aluminium Oxide branded AlKon, and Silicon Carbide branded SilKon. Belts are made in Cloth both cotton, Poly Cottonand Paper in Resin and Glue based bonds covering various weights and formulations

Sizes offered Wide belts from 450-1350mm width and Narrow belts from 10-450 mm widths to any length. Both Lap and Butt joints are available

Applications Belts are used in a variety of applications

Coated Rolls are made using 3 major grains, Zirkonia Alumina branded ZirKon, Aluminium Oxide branded AlKon, and Silicon Carbide branded SilKon. Rolls are made in Cloth both cotton, and Paper in Resin and Glue based bonds covering various weights and formulations.

Sizes offered Wide belts from 13-400 mm width. Jumbo rolls for conversion into any coated product is available in 1350 x 1000 mts

Applications Rolls are used for Buffing leather and wood in drum sanders and also for maintenance and repairs and furniture applications when cut and used by hand. They are also used for lapping and polishing

Coated Flap wheels and Mops are made using Aluminium Oxide grains branded AlKon. Mops are flap wheels with spindles

Mops 25 - 80 dia

Applications Flap wheels and mops are used for cleaning surface finishing and polishing prior to plating and surface finishing diary equipments. Mops are also used for mould and die maintenance.

Sheets are available in 4 major types. Waterproof paper, Emery drill and plainweave cloth, Emery paper, and flint paper

Sizes offered: 6 x 9 " Ream - 500 sheets

Applications: Waterproof paper for paint preparation and die polishing

Emery Drill sheets for Maintenance and repairs

Flint paper for carpentry

Emery paper for fine finishing and jewellery polishing

PSA & Velcro Discs Are used on portable Orbital sanders. PSA discs have pressure sensitive adhesive which enable the discs to be stuck and used on pads provided on these machines. Velcro discs have velcro backed scrim cloth for sticking.

They are available with AlO, SiC, ZirKon and SG grains in paper and cloth

They are also available with Zinc Stearate N0-Fil treatments

Sizes offered: 5", 6" diameters with or without vacuum holes

Applications: Automotive body and paint preparations, furniture sanding and polishing

Back up Pads - These pads are used on Orbital and straight sanders and are available with vinyl tops for sticking PSA discs and with Velcro hooks for sticking Velcro discs.

Sizes : 5" & 6" diameter in hard medium and soft varieties

Applications : As replacements for pads used for polishing and buffing in Orbital and DA sanders
